Exercise Programs That
Really Work Owner Ernestine Durbin started teaching aerobics
in a low income housing project, which is where she achieved her
first certification. She later went to work at the YMCA™ as an
aerobics instructor and later become an aerobics director. She has
also recruited and trained approximately 40 instructors and even
later went on to establish off-site programs for churches, schools,
and corporations. Additionally, she had a television show called
"Personal Fitness" that was aired 3 times a week in Spartanburg,
South Carolina. Now she runs about 20 fitness classes a week,
including massage therapy and energy foot spas.

Personal
Training | We offer personal trainers and Stott's-trained
Pilates instructors who are all AFAA-certified. When you contact
us, we'll schedule an appointment for an evaluation. We offer both
30-minute or 1-hour sessions that include personal training for
Pilates, core training, endurance training, weight loss, spinning
classes, and horse riding training. |
